Team members, roles, and business details
Business details and logo
Your workshop name, address, contact details, and logo live in Settings → Organization. They appear on every invoice, quotation, and job card printout, and on your public booking page — so set them once, properly.
The logo accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, or SVG up to 5 MB. A square logo looks best on printouts.
Invite team members
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Invite your staff by email and choose their role.
- They sign in with their own account — no shared passwords.
Roles

| Manager | Workshop supervisor | Day-to-day operations including invoices |
| Service Advisor | Front desk / customer-facing staff | Customers, job cards, quotations |
| Technician | Mechanics | Job cards assigned to them |
| Receptionist | Front counter | Bookings, customers, check-ins |
Creating invoices is limited to owners and managers — technicians and receptionists can work on job cards but can't bill customers.
User limits by plan
FREE includes 1 user, STARTER 2, PRO 5, and ENTERPRISE unlimited. If you can't invite another member, you've hit your plan's limit — see Plans, trial, and upgrading.
