What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), credit/debit cards, and online transfer via Billplz — Malaysia's trusted payment gateway.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime for immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose any paid time.
Is there a yearly discount?+
Yes! All paid plans offer ~17% off on yearly billing (equivalent to 2 months free). STARTER yearly is RM 790/year, PRO yearly is RM 1,990/year, and ENTERPRISE yearly is RM 6,990/year.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?+
Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the FREE plan limits after downgrading, existing data is preserved but you won't be able to create new records beyond the limit until you upgrade again.
