By accessing and using BengkelDay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BengkelDay is a multi-tenant SaaS workshop management system designed for automotive workshops in Malaysia. The Service provides tools for managing customers, vehicles, job cards, invoices, appointments, and inventory.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

BengkelDay offers different subscription tiers (FREE, PRO, ENTERPRISE). Payment terms and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Billplz.

5. Data Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

BengkelDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
