Add photos to a job card
Photos attached to a job card are your record of the vehicle's condition — existing damage at check-in, the fault you found, and the completed work.
Upload photos
- Open the job card from Job Cards.
- Go to the job card's Photos section.
- Upload from your phone camera or gallery. JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC files are accepted, up to 50 MB each.
When to take photos
- At check-in — walk around the vehicle and capture any existing scratches, dents, and the dashboard (mileage, fuel level, warning lights)
- During the job — the fault itself, worn parts you removed
- After the job — the completed work, new parts installed
Photos are stored privately — they are only accessible to your workshop's team through BengkelDay, not on a public link.
Photo storage counts toward your plan's storage limit (500 MB on FREE up to 50 GB on ENTERPRISE). If you hit the limit, older jobs' photos still remain — you just can't upload new ones until you free up space or upgrade.
