Manage customers and service history
Your customer list is the long-term value of BengkelDay: every job, invoice, and vehicle stays connected to the customer, building a service history you can act on.
The customer page
Open any customer from Customers to see everything in one place:
- Contact details — phone, email, address
- Vehicles — all cars registered to this customer
- History — past job cards and invoices, so you can answer "when did I last change your brake pads?" instantly
Use Edit on the customer page to update details. The same applies to vehicles under Vehicles.
Why service history matters
When a customer calls, search their name or plate number and you have their full history before they finish their sentence. That's the difference between "let me check the file" and sounding like a workshop that knows its customers.
Record the mileage on every job card. Combined with service history, it lets you tell customers when their next service is due — the easiest repeat business you'll ever get.
Customer limits by plan
FREE holds up to 150 customers, STARTER 300, PRO 1,000, and ENTERPRISE is unlimited. If you're near the limit you'll see it in the app; see Plans, trial, and upgrading.
