Manage appointments
Appointments come from two places: your public booking page, or your own team adding them at Appointments → New (e.g. when a customer calls in).
The appointment lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | New booking, not yet confirmed by you |
| Confirmed | You've accepted the slot — the customer is expected |
| Checked In | The customer and vehicle have arrived |
| Completed | The visit is done |
| Cancelled | Called off by you or the customer |
| No Show | The customer didn't turn up |
Daily flow
- Review new Pending bookings in Appointments each morning and confirm the ones you can take.
- When the customer arrives, mark them Checked In — then open a job card for the work.
- Mark the appointment Completed when the visit is done.
Mark genuine no-shows as No Show rather than cancelling. Over time you'll know which customers to ask for a confirmation call the day before.
