Plans, trial, and upgrading
The 14-day trial
Every new account starts on a free 14-day PRO trial — unlimited job cards, advanced reports, automated reminders, everything PRO offers. No payment details are required to start.
When the trial ends
Your account moves to the FREE plan automatically. Nothing is deleted:
- All your customers, vehicles, job cards, and invoices stay exactly as they are.
- You keep working within FREE limits (50 job cards/month, 150 customers, 1 user).
- If you're already over a FREE limit, existing data is untouched — you just can't add more until you upgrade.
There's no surprise charge at the end of the trial — we don't have your payment details. You only pay if and when you choose to upgrade.

How to upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose your plan and click upgrade.
- Pay via FPX (online banking) or card — payments are processed securely by Billplz, a Malaysian payment provider.
- Your new limits apply immediately.
Not sure which plan? Most single-outlet workshops with 2–3 staff fit STARTER; if you send automated service reminders or need reports, PRO pays for itself.
